Return and Refund Policy

 By booking a session, purchasing products, or visiting Pigment Clay Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments

Party Sessions require a deposit to secure your date.

All other sessions and purchases must be paid in full at time of booking or arrival.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

Party Sessions: Deposits are refundable only if canceled 7+ days in advance. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.

Individual Sessions: Require 24 hours’ notice for refunds or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Products: All sales of pottery, artwork, and gift cards are final.

3. Studio Conduct

Guests must handle all tools, equipment, and materials responsibly. Misuse may result in damage fees.

Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.

Pets (dogs under 35 lbs) must be leashed and under control.

4. Firing & Pickup Policy

We will notify you when your items are ready (typically 7–10 days).

All finished pieces must be picked up within 30 days of notification.

After 30 days, Pigment Clay Studio reserves the right to resell or dispose of unclaimed items to recover storage costs.

5. Liability Waiver

Guests participate in studio activities at their own risk. Pigment Clay Studio is not responsible for injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or damage to personal property.

Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, glaze differences, cracks, or kiln-related imperfections are normal and not considered defects.

6. Food & Beverages

Snacks, bottled water, soda, and ice cream are available for purchase.

Outside food is limited to cake or small party snacks for booked Party Sessions.

Alcohol is not permitted unless expressly approved for private events.

7. Intellectual Property

All studio branding, instructional materials, and original designs remain the property of Pigment Clay Studio and may not be copied or reproduced.

8. Policy Updates

Pigment Clay Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
