Studio Policies

 Welcome to Pigment Clay Studio! We want your time with us to be fun, relaxing, and stress-free. Here are a few simple studio policies so you know what to expect:

Bookings & Sessions

All sessions are 1.5 hours.

Party Sessions (5–10 people) require advance booking.

Pottery Wheel Sessions are best reserved in advance; walk-ins welcome for painting when space allows.

Pickup Policy

We’ll notify you when your pottery is ready (usually 7–10 days).

Finished pieces must be picked up within 30 days of notification.

After 30 days, we may resell or dispose of unclaimed pieces to cover storage costs.

Refund & Cancellation

Party Sessions: Cancellations made 7+ days in advance are refundable; within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.

Individual Sessions: Require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

Products & Finished Pieces: All sales are final.

Food, Drinks & Pets

Light snacks, ice cream, bottled water, and soda are available to purchase.

You may bring cake or small snacks for parties.

Well-behaved dogs under 35 lbs are welcome but must stay leashed.

Children & Safety

Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.

Pottery wheel sessions are recommended for ages 12+.

Please treat all tools, equipment, and materials with care.

Firing Disclaimer

Pottery is handmade — small cracks, glaze variations, or kiln surprises may happen. We do our best to ensure quality but cannot guarantee perfection.
